• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship, in compliance with AMLA and PAGCOR requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for ten (10) years following each transaction in accordance with Philippine accounting and tax regulations.
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication, or until resolution of any related dispute.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of active marketing plus three (3) years thereafter to demonstrate consent compliance.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, data will be securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be attributed to any individual.

Ji29 may send promotional SMS messages, emails, and in-platform notifications to registered Players who have opted in to marketing communications. Marketing consent is optional — declining or withdrawing consent has no effect on your ability to use any ji29 game, access your wallet, or receive essential account communications.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your Account Settings or by replying STOP to any promotional SMS. Opt-out requests are processed within 5 business days, after which no further promotional messages will be sent to the opted-out channel.

Ji29 will continue to send transactional communications (deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and account status updates) regardless of marketing preferences — these are essential to the safe operation of your account and cannot be disabled.
