ji29 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the ji29 platform (including the website at ji29.club, any mobile application, or any associated service), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ji29 platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ji29 ("ji29," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the ji29 platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

As used throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ji29 website, mobile applications, and all associated services operated under the ji29 brand.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on the ji29 platform by a Player.
• "Player Wallet" means the internal account balance maintained by ji29 on behalf of a registered Player, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player using a supported payment method that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited by ji29, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wager amount a Player must place before Bonus Balance may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means thirty times the bonus value).
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required before a Player may process withdrawals on the ji29 platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing online gaming in the Philippines.

To register and maintain an account on ji29, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. Ji29 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as Players on ji29.
• You must not be accessing ji29 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be included on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by ji29 or by PAGCOR, at the time of registration or during any subsequent use of the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ji29 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each Player may maintain only one (1) registered account on the ji29 platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Ji29 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and may apply financial penalties at its discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji29 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Ji29 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

You must notify ji29 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. Ji29 reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of unauthorized access pending investigation.

Ji29 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport) and a current selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Ji29 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money wager for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Ji29 may apply a monthly inactivity administrative fee of ₱100 to dormant account balances after this period, subject to prior notice being sent to the Player's registered contact details. Accounts with a zero balance after inactivity may be closed without further notice.

Ji29 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as displayed at the deposit page at the time of transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your payment provider may impose separate limits.
• Ji29 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your Player Wallet instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 15–60 minutes during banking hours.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.
• Ji29 reserves the right to request proof of payment source as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification if account details have changed or at ji29's discretion for compliance purposes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though VIP-tier limits may differ.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ji29 account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–4 banking hours.
• Ji29 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, in compliance with applicable AML regulations.
• Any Bonus Balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. Only the Real Money Balance, net of unsatisfied wagering obligations, is withdrawable.

Ji29 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, referral credits, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Default wagering requirements are 30× the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%). The contribution rate for each game category is published in the bonus terms.
• Ji29 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold related winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or through the use of any bonus abuse strategy.
• Bonuses and promotional credits have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

All games offered on the ji29 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, arcade games, and specialty games — operate under the rules of the relevant game provider. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.

All non-live games on ji29 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios with real-time oversight. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. Ji29 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or software fault that materially affects the integrity of a game round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji29 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one (1) account on the ji29 platform.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or payment verification.
• Using the ji29 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other mechanical or electronic device to interact with the ji29 platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods.
• Accessing the ji29 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Ji29 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling harm. The platform provides the following tools and resources to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after 24 hours when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account restriction (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you may not deposit or wager. Requested through Account Settings or ji29 support.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. During self-exclusion, the account is closed, all marketing communications cease, and re-registration is blocked for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications showing session duration and net gaming activity at configurable intervals.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by ji29 is governed by the ji29 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the ji29 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ji29 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Ji29 may share your personal data with regulators, law enforcement authorities, and licensed game providers as required by law or as necessary for the operation of the platform.

All content on the ji29 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials — is the property of ji29 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ji29 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the ji29 platform without the prior written consent of ji29 or the relevant rights holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ji29 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if ji29 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Ji29's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ji29 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific game categories.

You may close your ji29 account at any time by submitting a written request to ji29 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance (net of outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method following final account review and KYC confirmation.

Ji29 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or any other reason that ji29, in its sole discretion, considers sufficient to protect the integrity of the platform and its Players. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, ji29 may forfeit the account balance in full.

Ji29 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered mobile number or email address on file, and a revised effective date will be published at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ji29 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use after the effective date constitutes irrevocable acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the ji29 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact ji29 support to resolve disputes amicably. Ji29 is committed to addressing complaints in a fair and timely manner, typically within 5–10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
